Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or place entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Simpson County Criminal History does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. Messages remain within the operating team unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically

Simpson County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It identifies official channels such as the Simpson sheriff, the Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into a third-party criminal file or consumer report. This resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. A partner's privacy policy governs data entered there, including its retention and disclosure practices. Those rules are outside our control, so review them before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to courts, law enforcement, Kentucky agencies, legal services, or outside search tools. Once a visitor leaves this resource, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read that policy before providing personal information.
Advertising companies may use their systems to recognize activity across websites and select targeted ads. That tracking is operated by those companies.
