Questions about official Simpson County criminal records must go to the office that keeps the requested file. Court dockets, sheriff reports, jail bookings, police reports, and state criminal histories have different custodians. The contacts below identify the correct public office without treating this private resource as a government agency.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve official records, conduct official checks, correct or remove a record, or receive an expungement filing. Contact the responsible agency directly.
